1. What is the weekly/monthly/annual maintenance time requirement ?
The maintenance time required depends on the use of your Nordic bath. It therefore varies if you are a private individual or a professional. For this reason, we provide maintenance booklets to guide you in the use of our treatment systems.
2. How often should the water be changed ?
Water can be maintained for significantly longer than with conventional filtration systems. Thanks to our 1-micron filtration, combined with a disinfection system, water changes can be spaced much further apart. In many cases, a monthly water change is more than sufficient, depending on usage frequency.
Important: if the bath is operated for public or commercial use, you must comply with applicable health regulations. Please contact your local health authority for further guidance.
3. Can the water be reused for other purposes ?
Actually, the water can be recycled for other uses because it is healthy and natural water.
4. Do chemicals need to be used ?
As less as possible. We offer an automatic pH/chlorine control option for facilities that need to comply with the Public Access Building standards.
5. How does the after-sales service work in the event of a problem ?
We guarantee a continuous telephone service with our technician. If the hotline is not enough, we will come to you to solve a potential malfunction. We also offer a range of services that allow you to maintain your equipment in the best possible conditions.
